Assessment Increase

Dear Valued Owner:
The New Columbia Board of Directors approved a budget for 2010 which requires an increase of monthly dues to cover the operating expenses of the New Columbia Owner’s Association.
This is the first time that assessments have been increased since New Columbia was constructed over four years ago.
We recognize that these are tough economic times for everyone and assure you that every conservation measure has and will be taken to reduce our operating costs while maintaining the curb appeal of our community.
An increase of 10% will be effective June 1, 2010. For regular membership dues this will mean an increase from $50 to $55 per month. For specially assessed properties, this will mean an increase from $30 to $33 each month.
Please remember that dues are due by the 5th of each month payable to:

If you pay by pre-set authorization through your banking agency, please remember to update your bank’s info so correct amount is sent.
