Owner’s Association
The New Columbia Owner’s Association (Owner’s Association or NCOA) is a non-profit public corporation formed for the benefit of its members – the property owners of New Columbia.
The Owner’s Association oversees the maintenance and up keep of the common areas and homeowners’ front yards, manages the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and enforces the Rules and Regulations for the community. Monthly assessments from the members fund these activities. The annual budget for the Owner’s Association is available to all members and can be obtained at the property management office.
NOTICES TO OWNERS
We will be holding a special meeting of the Board of Directors to discuss funding of a Reserve Account for New Columbia Owners Association.
This meeting will be held at 10AM in the Community Education Center located at 4625 N. Trenton Street, Portland, OR 97203 on Thursday, September 16, 2010.
For those that cannot attend during this time, either written minutes or a recorded meeting session will be available for review on the New Columbia website following the meeting.
